This is a fantastic template file in the Adobe Photoshop .PSD format aimed to save anyone time who designs websites, web applications, or anything else in which the actual browser border is needed in the mockup.
The templates are designed with the Internet Explorer, Firefox for Mac, and Firefox for Windows browser toolbars which I referred to earlier as the ‘borders’. I understand that this type of file isn’t normally found on the internet and describing it has proven to be a bit tricky, so I’ve included the following images below. These screenshots were taken from within Adobe Photoshop.

The browser templates were mocked up in the following sizes: 800×600 pixels, 1024×768 pixels, and 1280×1024 pixels.

It is very useful in Prototype development through that we can give actual Browser look and fill.
Thanks alot!!!
What an awesome comment about search engines. I’m frankly astounded that that has not been said earlier to such a great length.
Doing some browsing and noticed your website looks a bit messed up in my Safariinternet browser. I think I’m the only one still using it….
dude…
amazing time saver and a very clean and thought trough design..
BRAVO…
highly impressed
you are my role model…
Nice templates. Unfortunately, they don’t take into account things like the Windows taskbar, sidebar or MacOSX Dock which most users have taking up at least some space on their screen.
The following templates are much more useful for designing to specific target sizes, and explain the “safe area” for designing:
